We are a small team, so we are deliberate about scope. Everything below is work we do ourselves, end to end, rather than coordinate on someone else's behalf.

Large language models put to practical work inside real products. Not demonstrations — features that survive contact with production traffic, unusual inputs and a budget.

An experienced second opinion for teams that already have one. Useful before a rewrite, before an acquisition, or when something in the architecture keeps costing more than it should.
Approach
Three commitments that shape every engagement. They are unremarkable on paper and surprisingly rare in practice.

Every engagement begins with a written specification: what is being built, what it is explicitly not, how we will know it works, and what it costs. Nothing starts until both sides recognise the same project in that document.

You own the source code, the infrastructure and the accounts. We write for the engineer who inherits the project — plain architecture, real documentation, no dependency on us that we did not agree to.
03
Software is not finished when it ships. Platform requirements change, dependencies age, store policies move. We offer continuing maintenance so the system you paid for is still standing in three years.
